CHF 315. per adult with a glass of Champagne offered at midnight. Special children s menu CHF 60.- (up to 12 y.o.) The year 1868 marks the birth of the Grand Hôtel du Lac in Vevey. It also symbolizes the year of birth of Nikolaj II, the last Tsar of Russia. The gourmet menu created by our starred Chef Thomas Neeser will celebrate the diversity of the so-called «French-style» cuisine by reinterpreting the greatest classics, period by period.
