Farm assurance numbers where listed should be checked by the vendors and any discrepancies corrected on the day of sale Key used - NFA - not farm assured FA - farm assured including member number if known BLANK - not known/to be confirmed With all pedigree animals, the purchasers have to notify and pay the relevant cattle societies of any transfer fees if they wish to breed from the cattle. VENDORS - PLEASE CHECK YOUR PASSPORTS BEFORE YOU BRING CATTLE TO MARKET. BCMS HAVE ADVISED THEY WILL NOT ALLOW CHANGES TO SEX OR BREEDS ON PASSPORTS ON SALE DAYS - THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE THEY ARE BROUGHT FOR SALE Vendors with Hereford, Angus and other native bred cattle sired by a named registered bull Vendors selling cattle that have named sires of native breeds should ensure the ear number of the sire is printed on the passport. The name of the bull is also useful. Would Vendors make every effort to get their cattle to market AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE for a prompt 11am start. We need time to get passports sorted and cattle numbered. Your help would be much appreciated. Gates open at 6.30am Store heifers found to be in calf will be the responsibility of the vendor, to compensate the purchaser, for eight months, not six months from the date of sale.
