6 2012 Four Day Christmas Package BEST WESTERN George Hotel, Norwich Standard Single Room, 4 Day Package Price for One Person Standard Double/Twin Room, 4 Day Package Price for Two People sharing Sunday December 23 rd Check in from 2pm onwards, with a Mulled wine reception from 6.30pm giving you the chance to mix and mingle with fellow guests followed by a delicious 3-course dinner. Monday December 24 th Christmas Eve After a good night's sleep and hearty breakfast, enjoy some last minute shopping in the historic Norwich city centre or visit the beautiful Cathedral. Stroll back to the hotel and relax before your 3-course dinner. Tuesday December 25 th Christmas Day With a gift from Santa to open during breakfast, it's the perfect start! From midday you will enjoy a 5-course gourmet Christmas lunch followed by the Queen's Speech. Sandwiches and nibbles will be offered during the evening from 7pm onwards. Wednesday December 26 th Boxing Day Enjoy a hearty breakfast then there is all day to enjoy the fabulous city as the sales begin! For a more traditional Boxing Day the Theatre Royal has a wonderful pantomime. Dinner will be served from 7pm. Thursday December 27th Following a Full English Breakfast to help you on your way, its time to wish you well and we will look forward to seeing you again next year!

7 TERMS and CONDITIONS a) One person from each party/group should be responsible for the booking and collection of all payments to the Hotel. b) All bookings must be followed up with a letter of confirmation to the Hotel along with deposits to secure the booking within 2 weeks of making booking. Deposits & Requirements: Christmas Fayre Lunch & Dinner Bookings Deposit of 5.00 per person Final full payment taken on day. Party Night Bookings Deposit of per person Food Pre-Order and final full payment due 7 days prior to date. Christmas Day Lunch Bookings Deposit of per person Final full payment taken on day. Boxing Day Lunch Bookings Deposit of per person Final full payment taken on day. Four Day Christmas Package Deposit of per person Final full payment upon departure. c) Should your numbers fall below the original numbers booked and deposited, the deposit for the missing number is not refundable or transferable to the final invoice, nor can it be used for the payment of any other hotel services i.e. wine. d) The Hotel reserves the right, at its discretion, to combine restaurants/function rooms or cancel any event up to two weeks prior should bookings fail to reach minimum numbers. In this case every effort will be made to offer an alternative date, if this is not possible a full refund will be given. e) For any bookings made after Monday 19 th November 2012 full payment must be made at the time of booking. f) Cheques are to be made payable to George Hotel, Norwich Deposits are not refundable or transferable to pay for Wines or Bar Drinks on the evening
