4 4 THE INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE 3,750.00* INCLUSIVE WEDDING Book an inclusive Wedding for 3, The package includes: Bucks Fizz or Orange Juice as a welcome drink 3 Course Set Menu Wedding Breakfast including Tea and Coffee, A Glass of Red or White House Wine with the meal, A Glass of Fizz for the Toast, Complimentary Room Hire for the Reception, and Ceremony Facilities, Evening Disco until Midnight, Complimentary overnight accommodation in an Executive Double Room for the Bride and Groom, inclusive of Breakfast. * The offer is subject to availability and for 40 adults in total (children are not included in the 40). The offer is not available on a Saturday. Extra guests above 40 attending the Wedding Breakfast can be added at per person. Extra guests can be added to the evening party at no extra charge. Evening Buffets can be added at an extra cost. Menus available. If you wish to add the wedding ceremony, please be aware that you will have to pay the Registrars charges separately. The hire fee includes use of the lakeside Gazebo or the Oyster Room for the Wedding ceremony should you wish to hold it at the hotel. The suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for the wedding breakfast and up to 150 guests for evening receptions. Venue Hire for Private Events varies according to numbers and the season. Menus are available from per person. Bespoke menus are also available to match your tastes and budget. Drinks are charged upon selection. You can organise your own entertainment or the hotel can arrange a DJ from Evening buffets menus available from per person. We are able to offer a 20% discount off the published tariff per night including a full English breakfast, based on 2 adults sharing. When you confirm your wedding/event we allow 5 rooms at the reduced rate for your guests to book. Rooms are subject to availability. Bride & Groom Accommodation You may feel that for your special night, you would prefer our luxurious Honeymoon suite from 250 including full English breakfast.
