Our head chef Kay Kriester and his team use only fresh, topquality produce which they have meticulously selected and lovingly prepared with all the passion of their trade. Your well-being and culinary pleasure are our top priority. And because we believe that this should apply to all our guests, most of the dishes on the menu are also available gluten-free. It is our proud claim that we offer the most extensive selection far and wide of dishes suitable for gluten allergy sufferers. We therefore invite you to enjoy a pleasant moment or two in the Restaurant Hof. Relax in the inspiring atmosphere of the dining room and enjoy the delicacies served up by our kitchen staff. Please observe the dishes indicated by a on the menu. All of these dishes can be served gluten-free on request. Because this requires that some of the ingredients and accompaniments be replaced, these dishes may take a little longer to prepare. We make every effort to serve you properly prepared gluten-free dishes throughout your meal. The legislator nevertheless requires that we inform you that we can provide no guarantee and can accept no liability in the event of any inconvenience experienced. Thank you for your understanding. For our vegetarian guests The vegetarian meals available on our menu contain no meat or fish. They are prepared using only vegetarian ingredients and are produced without gelatine. Please observe the dishes indicated by a V on the menu. Our meat substitutes: Seitan: Tofu: Quorn: rains of wheat grown in a controlled organic environment are ground to obtain a dough. Soybeans grown in a controlled organic environment are soaked and puréed. Did you know that the first tofu recipe dates back to 164 B.C.? Produced from the protein of a fungus which grows naturally in the ground. Quorn is attractive for its low fat content and contains no cholesterol. It is rich in fibre and valuable protein.
