15 All of the marinades are sold in small plastic pails with an inside plastic seal. Stir or shake before using. All marinades have a shelf life of 12 months, unopened, and do not require refrigeration. Once the pail is opened, refrigeration is required, and product is to be used within 3 months. Special Order Marinades require an 8 week order lead time (and minimum order generally is 1 pail).
