6 Gourmet Festive Evening Enjoy a gourmet evening in the delightful Haddon Room with a roaring fire. Chef has created a 5 course festive taster menu for the night which will be accompanied by a flight of selected wines. Your entertainment will be provided by The After Hours Rauchestra to complete this very special evening. Lunchtime Party For those that prefer a daytime get together, we are offering a lunchtime party on Tuesday 16th December and Thursday 18th December. Our resident DJ will play all of the festive classics to keep you entertained! 7 Santa Sunday Lunch Sunday 13th and 20th December. Bring your family and friends to Monk Fryston Hall for one of our Santa Sunday lunches. Lunch is served between 12noon and 3pm (for the menu please see page 3) with a visit from Santa and gifts for all of the children plus an activity table to keep the children occupied whilst you relax in front of the open fires! Christmas Eve Dinner Take the stress out of Christmas Eve and join us for Champagne in front of the roaring log fire followed by a 3 course dinner. Boxing Day Lunch Meet up with friends and family at Monk Fryston Hall, take a long stroll in our gardens and woodland before coming in and warming yourselves by the fire. New Year s Eve Say goodbye to 2015 and welcome in 2016 in style at our Masquerade Ball. Arrival from 7pm with Canapés and Bucks Fizz to start the evening. Chef s 5 course dinner will be served at 7.

There will be a pianist in The Oak Bar throughout the evening for your enjoyment and a Piper to see in the New Year! Dress Code: Black Tie and Masks, this is an adult only event. Midnight Mass is available in St. Wilfrid s Church (3 minute walk). Christmas Day Breakfast followed by a stroll in the gardens and woodlands. Luncheon will be served between 12noon and 3pm. Afternoon tea and Christmas cake will accompany The Queens Speech. In the evening enjoy Chef s buffet selection. Boxing Day Boxing Day starts with breakfast followed by a day to go shopping, exploring the local area or just relaxing by the fire. For Dinner, chef will provide a 3 course dinner menu followed by a festive quiz in The Rutland Bar per person Prices quoted are for double occupancy of a standard double/twin room. Page 09

11 Terms and Conditions Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the booking being released. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If numbers reduce after paying the deposit, the deposit cannot be used to pay any of the outstanding balance of the event cost. Full pre-payment of all events is required no later than November 30th We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements BUT we do require at least 7 days notice. We reserve the right to cancel any event should a minimum number not be reached. Alternative dates or a full refund will be offered in this circumstance. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel. We also reserve the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable behaviour. NO food or drink may be brought into the hotel or grounds by guests. We reserve the right to confiscate items. All brochure details are correct at the time of print but may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
