8 Wedding Questions and Answers Your Questions Answered Minimum spend applies to certain months, please speak with our Wedding Co-Ordinator for further details. Hire of the room starts from 8am on the day of use, where possible access may be granted the evening before the Wedding however this will not be confirmed until a week prior to the Wedding date. Room Hire 750 for a day and evening function. The room hire rate includes tables, chairs and table cloths. You can upgrade the linen, napkins, crockery and glassware. Upgraded items will incur an additional charge. Chair Covers We can provide chair covers for 3 each inclusive of sash. Catering - Our kitchen is run by our qualified Executive Chef and has a 5 Star rating for hygiene. If you would like to offer a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts this is possible, however this will incur a supplement of 3 per person. Children s Catering - We offer the choice of the children s menu or if you would prefer we offer a small portion of the adults meal for a head A Tasting Session- Is available at 10 per head. If a deposit has been paid a tasting session is complimentary for the bride and groom only. Accommodation Although we don t have accommodation at Cookridge Hall we have a close link with Weetwood Hall. You can book direct on or you can ask your dedicated wedding planner to book this on your behalf. DJ and Entertainment Our in house DJ is from Elite Sound and charged at 350. You are more than welcome to use your own DJ however this will incur a 50 administration charge as we need to obtain a copy of their PAT test certificate and Public Liability insurance. If you would like a band please let us know as we have many contacts to suit any taste in music. Table Plan The most popular seating plan is a top table with separate round tables of 8-10 people. This plan can be adapted to suit any of your requirements. We can accommodate 80 guests for a wedding breakfast. Please supply us with your required seating plan. Bar The bar is licensed until 1am. We have a wide selection of drinks packages available for your special day. Fireworks and Sky Lanterns Unfortunately this is not permitted due to the close proximity of the trees. Crèche - We have an OFSTED registered crèche on site and our qualified staff could be on hand to entertain your younger guests. A 400 minimum charge applies. Gym Membership - So you can look your best on your wedding day we offer a free month s membership for the Bride and Groom to the Health Club.
