1 University Centre Hospitality Menu The University Centre s catering and hospitality team is dedicated to providing you with successful events throughout the year for every occasion. From tea, coffee and biscuits for a day meeting to a drinks reception for an evening affair, you will find a specially selected range of menus to accompany any type of event. Our menus offer a range of new ideas to suit any event. We cater for an array of tastes, budgets and seasons so if you re looking for something with a difference, our knowledgeable chefs can design a bespoke, tempting and memorable menu for you. We are committed to providing a unique hospitality service that is based on the principles of responsibility, sustainability, health and wellbeing. We understand the impact food production has on the environment and seek to offer sustainable alternatives throughout our menus. We offer Fairtrade products where possible and maintain fresh and seasonal menu options to reduce our impact on the environment. To give you peace of mind, best practice is exercised for food sourcing and preparations, ensuring all menus are delivered with skill and passion. Prices All listed prices include VAT. University of Cambridge departments are VAT-exempt. If your event is eligible for VAT exemption, you will need to provide a VAT-exempt form.
