Booking Terms and Conditions Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, by Wednesday 2 November, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year s Eve packages, which are due by Thursday 1 December. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

4 FESTIVITIES IN FRANKFURT PARTY NIGHTS SUNDAY LUNCH WITH SANTA Come and visit Santa, where each child will receive a personalised present* and take in the spectacular magic from our children s entertainer. Then enjoy a traditional festive carvery served in the Quays Restaurant. After lunch, coffee will be served in the Lower Lounge area with giant board games to play. Join us at Hilton Sheffeld on Thursday and Sunday nights in December for our Festivities in Frankfurt. With a traditional German street food market and all your favourite Christmas hits, it is the perfect way to relax in a fun, authentic atmosphere during the festive season. A deluxe five-course Christmas Day Lunch will then be served in the Victoria Quays Suite.
