1 Wedding Breakfast Menus To allow you the ease and flexibility of choosing the package which is suitable for your occasion, we have developed a selection of well balanced menus suitable for a wide range of appetites. To offer even greater choice why not add an intermediate course? The menus created can either offer a set menu or you can opt for a choice menu providing you submit a pre-order from your guests. Seasonal vegetables and potatoes accompany all our menus. A variety of vegetarian dishes are also available. Select 5 savoury plus 2 dessert items in order to create your own finger buffet. Please feel free to mix n match from all 3 menus below. You are welcome to choose any additional items for your menu at an extra cost of 2.95 per item. 6 Fork Buffet Menu The fork buffet is available for 20 guests or more and is served with a choice of new potatoes, jacket potatoes or wedges, rice, five salad varieties, fresh bread and tea & coffee. Fork buffets are charged at per person for 3 courses and for 2 courses. Simply choose 1 starter which is served to your table, 3 main courses which are served from the buffet and 2 desserts which are served from the buffet.
