Our Friday & Saturday Party Nights are arrival from 7.00pm, Dinner at 7.30pm and bar close / disco finish at 1am. Our Mid week Party Nights are arrival from 7pm, dinner at 7.30pm and bar close and disco finish at Midnight. Our Sunday Party Nights are arrival from 7pm, dinner at 7.30pm and bar close and disco finish at 11pm. If you are attending our Party Night, you can take advantage of our discounted rate of 60bb for a double room.

6 New Year s Eve Here at the Park House, we are renown for throwing a great Party, so on the biggest party night of the year, there really isn t anywhere else you need to be! With a fantastic 4 course menu, plus entertainment from the minute you arrive and fireworks to celebrate at midnight, we promise to host the best party in Town! Residential Package Arrive from 2pm and enjoy your relaxed Champagne Afternoon Tea in our Butlers Bar & Restaurant, between 3pm and 5pm. Take time to have a swim, or perhaps even a snooze in preparation for your big night. Get ready for dinner at your leisure and arrive to our Dobson Lounge for your Champagne and Canapés reception from 7.30pm. Dinner will be served at 8pm in our Garden Suite, where there is plenty of entertainment in store throughout the evening. We will be celebrating the turn of the year with fireworks followed by a Cheese Buffet. With music until 1am, residents can move through to our residents bar should they wish to continue the celebrations. We will be serving bucks fizz brunch from 9.30am on New Years Day and offering a late check out of 12noon per couple based on 2 people sharing a standard double room per single room upgrade to a Superior King room upgrade to a Suite upgrade to our Bridal Suite Dinner & Dance Arrive to our Dobson Lounge to a Champagne and Canapés reception from 7.30pm. Please note - we will endeavour to seat large parties together, however due to the nature and individual design of our Function Suites, this may not always be possible. (3) To reserve your table. A provisional booking will be held for 14 days prior to receiving the deposit. Late bookings will only be accepted with a deposit. (4) Should you or a member of your party have any specific dietary requirements, please do let us know and we will be happy to cater for you. Please be aware that a pre-order is required for ALL parties at least 14 days in advance of your event. (5) All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE. (6) For all parties we require a per person deposit of (a) for all Christmas Party Nights & for Christmas Lunches; (b) for Christmas Day and New Year s Eve; (c) for Boxing Day. (7) The Balance of payments should be paid in full by: (a) 30th November for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year s Eve; (b) 28 Day Prior to all events. If payment is not received by these dates, your booking will be treated as cancelled. No Refunds will be available in such circumstances. (8) Final Numbers must be given 7 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to charge fully for any reduction to that numbers in your party in the day. (9) Gratuities are at your discretion. (10) No admittance to the Party Nights or other Christmas Function to guests who have not paid in full. (11) All guests attending the parties must be over 18 years of age. (12) We require a food pre-order with your final payment. Failure to produce this may result in limited options being available on the day. (13) Any pre-ordered drinks are to be paid for prior to your event. Failure to pay in full will result in a cancelled drinks order.
