7 Accommodation Offers Terms and Conditions Please call our events team on or to check availability and make a provisional booking. Provisional Bookings will be held for 7 days. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking if a deposit if not paid within this time. A per person non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your party night booking. No individual payments or cheques from all attendees. Group deposit and Group Prepayment required and appreciated. Full prepayment of for all events reserved with due no later than 31st of October Why not make the most of your night and stay over in one of our stylish, comfortable bedrooms. From per person Bed and Full Scottish Breakfast for the evening of your event based on twin or double occupancy. Upgrade your room from as little as per room. *All rates are subject to availability. Contact us to find out more. Drinks Pre-orders for Drinks must be received and full prepaid 7 days prior to the event date. Pre orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups on individual private tables where possible. However we reserve the right to place separate groups together on shared tables. We cannot accept individual table plans. This is the case for all events with the exception of private events. In the event of insufficient number of attendees being met for a shared party night we reserve the right to cancel the night. The hotel operates a strict over 18s drinking policy. Photo ID may be asked for before alcohol can be purchased. In the event of private party bookings standard terms and conditions apply. Guests are not permitted to consume their own alcohol in the premises, The hotel operates a bag search policy. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and returned at the end of the evening. Should any damage occur to the hotel or its property than a charge will be imposed to cover such damage.
