3 The Canadian Suite This contemporary fully air conditioned room features a large central window for plenty of natural daylight and can seat up to 150 guests for a wedding breakfast. The internal balcony area, situated outside the room including its own private bar, is an ideal place for your guests to relax after your wedding breakfast and to catch up once the evening celebrations have begun. Civil ceremonies can be held in a choice of rooms where we can accommodate up to 160 guests with an aisle, for your service.

Weddings & Civil Partnerships We are a licensed venue for Civil Services as well as Commitment Ceremonies, so you can enjoy the entire day without having to step outside of the hotel.

Our Canadian Suite has natural daylight and is fully air conditioned with adjustable lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for you to say your vows.

Once you have arranged your date with the Registrar, we can provide a Ceremony Room that can accommodate up to 160 guests. Our Canadian Suite has natural daylight and is fully air conditioned with adjustable lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for you to say your vows. The room will be suitably laid out with chairs on each side of the centre aisle. A table will also be provided to sign the register. 5 An Evening Proposal Our Canadian Suite can accommodate up to 150 guests with a dance floor for your Evening Celebrations. Priced at 750, our Evening Proposal package offers a more casual alternative for your Wedding Reception and includes the following: Hire of the Canadian Suite Use of the Upstairs Balcony area outside the suite with a Private Bar Our Resident DJ to play your favourite songs Extended opening hours - last orders at the bar at 12:30am and DJ to finish at 1:00am Alternatively, the Room Hire Package price is 450 excluding our Resident DJ. To accompany this package, we recommend you add our Evening Finger Buffet priced at just per person for 5 items (minimum numbers apply with at least 75% of total guests to be catered for). 6 The Personal Touches Pick from our Personalised Wedding Packages, and let us arrange any extras you may need to enhance your special day. We are able to provide advice on many of the personal touches such as flowers, balloons, table decorations, photography, and entertainment to complete your day. CO-ORDINATE YOUR COLOURS Our preferred suppliers can help co-ordinate your room to match your wedding colours using coloured linen, light curtains as well as chair covers and bows. They also design a wide range of place cards & table plans to complete your theme. DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY We can arrange for our Resident DJ to play your favourite songs for 350. Last orders are at the bar at 12:00am and the DJ will finish at 12:30am. We are happy for you to bring your own evening entertainment; however, we do require a full Public Liability Insurance certificate.

We have found through experience that our guests prefer to compile their own menus, and if you do not find exactly what you want, our Head Chef will be happy to discuss your ideas and tailor-make a package to suit your requirements. Please choose a set menu for all your guests consisting of one main, one starter, and one dessert. All menus are accompanied by an appropriate selection of fresh vegetables and the meal is completed with freshly brewed coffee and mints.
