PAYMENTS: A credit card is required for billing when order is placed and will be charged on the day of your pick up/delivery. CANCELLATIONS: Upon confirmation of the order, changes or cancellations require the following notice in order to avoid cancellation fees: Orders for delivery or pick-up on Wednesday through Sunday are subject to 48 hour notice from the time of scheduled delivery /pick-up. Orders placed for delivery or pick-up on Mondays and Tuesdays must be cancelled no later than Friday at 4:00 PM. Cancellations without the required notice are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the total amount ordered. Fees may vary. Please confirm cancellations and fees with the Catering Department. Cancellations have occurred when confirmation of the order cancellation has been received from the Catering Department.
