City View Ballroom & Captain's View For a one-of-a-kind reception backdrop, the City View Ballroom features dramatic views of the Cincinnati skyline and Ohio River. The City View Ballroom can accommodate up to 80 guests, and when combined with the Captain s View can accommodate up to 130 guests. The Captain s View also has an attached outdoor patio space for mingling. Roebling Ballroom The Roebling Ballroom is an elegant, traditional ballroom featuring a neutral color scheme and accommodations for up to 220 guests. Our most spacious ballroom also features a wooden dance floor and complimentary draping to accent your head table. Ceremony Say I Do with a stunning city view! The outdoor patio can hold up to 200 guests for a ceremony and features a spectacular view of downtown Cincinnati. An on-site ceremony makes your wedding day convenient for you and your guests! 16 Information & Policies The Following Information Will Answer Questions About Our Reception & Rehearsal Dinner Facilities. By Booking an Event with Us, You Are Agreeing to These Policies & Guidelines. Please Contact Our Catering Manager Should You Have Any Questions. Room Set Up Our Staff Will Set the Rooms with Seventy-Two Inch Round Tables for Your Guests (Seats 8-10 per table), a Skirted Head Table for the Wedding Party, Skirted Gift & Cake Tables, Staging for Entertainment, and a Parquet Dance Floor. Table Numbers & Stands can be Provided to Reserve Tables or Assigned Seating. The Hotel May Charge a Labor Fee for Items Dropped Off Which Require Hotel Staff to Distribute or Set Up. Please Review the List of Items You are Bringing with the Catering Department for an Accurate Labor Fee. If Unexpected Items are Dropped Off for the Hotel to Handle, the Fee Will be Determined by the Hotel Based on the Labor Required. Menus Complete Menu Selections & Room Set Up Details Must be Submitted to the Catering Department a Minimum of 2 Weeks Prior to Your Event Date. No Outside Food Items May Be Brought into the Banquet room, with the Exception of the Wedding Cake & Table Favors. For Events with Multiple Entrée Selections, the Guest is Responsible for Providing Place Cards Denoting Which Entrée Each Guest has Selected. Menus & Pricing are Valid for Events Through Bar Packages are for Consecutive Hours and the Bar May Only Be Closed During Dinner if Wine Service Is Ordered. Ceremony A Separate Charge Will Be Added For All Ceremony Set Up, Which Varies Based On the Room & Set Up Details. The Ceremony Room Will NOT Be Set for a Rehearsal the Evening prior, Unless We Do Not Have an Event in that Space 2 Weeks Prior, Or Unless a Separate, Specific Request is Made in Advance. A Fee May Also Apply to the Space. The Hotel Staff Does Not In Any Way Coordinate Your Ceremony. Please Ensure that You have Assigned a Specific Person to Handle All of Your Ceremony Logistics. Linens All Events include your Choice of White or Black Table Cloths & Napkins. Evening Receptions with a Minimum Guest Count of 75 or More Also Include Your Choice of Black, White or Ivory Chair Covers and Choice of Colored Napkin and Chair Sash (Excluded with Luncheon Reception Men us & Rehearsal Dinner Menu). Deposit For a Wedding Reception, We Require a $500 Non-Refundable Deposit. An 80% Deposit of Your Estimated Total is Due 2 Weeks Prior to Your Function. For Rehearsal Dinners, We Require a $250 Non-Refundable Deposit. All Final Balances are Due the Monday before Your Event. Guarantees We Require a Confirmation of Guaranteed Attendance by the Monday prior to ALL Functions. The Guarantee Cannot be Reduced After This Deadline. Your Final Bill Will be Based on the Guaranteed Number, Plus Any Additional Charge.
