2 DoubleTree Weddings Function Times Afternoon receptions are scheduled from 11am-3pm Lunch pricing is in effect until 2pm Evening receptions are scheduled from 6pm-12am Minimum Attendance Guarantee To ensure availability of all food and beverage items on your menu, we require your attendance guarantee three business days prior to your wedding reception. This guarantee may not be less than 80% of your original number and cannot be reduced. Deposits and Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reception space on a definite basis and is due within two weeks of your tentative hold. Final payment is due three business days prior to your event. Sleeping Room Blocks Special sleeping room rates may be available for your guests by request and based on availability. Ask your Catering Manager about booking a block of sleeping rooms. Fitzgerald s Restaurant Located in the Hotel Lobby, offering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Cocktails. Music, Photography & Floral Recommendations Your Catering Manager can refer you to professionals familiar with the DoubleTree Hotel. Food & Beverage Selection The accompanying menus are suggestions for your consideration. Your Catering Manager can work with you to create any alternate menu you desire. Complimentary breakfast is served the next morning by our guest room dining staff. Changing Rooms for Wedding Party Two complimentary changing rooms are included, based on availability. Advanced reservations are required Rooms must be vacated by 7pm. Menu Design with Executive Chef and Wedding Coordinator Meet with our Chef and Wedding Coordinator and enjoy a personalized menu tasting to create the perfect menu. Cake Cutting Service DoubleTree servers will cut and serve your wedding cake from the vendor of your choice. Custom Room Design Diagrams set to your specifications, including tables, chairs, dance floor, staging, centerpieces and color linen selection. Complimentary Parking The Hotel has ample parking for all guests attending your special event. Reception The accompanying menus include two hors d oeuvre platters, assorted cheese display and veggie crudite, and non-alcoholic fruit punch served throughout the evening.
