2 Come si fa un Cremino? How do you make a Cremino? Versare circa 1 cm di JOYCREAM nell apposito supporto in silicone per vaschetta, porre in abbattitore ed attendere il completo indurimento: in questo modo avrete preparato lo strato centrale del Cremino. Aggiungere JOYPASTE alla miscela base, mixare con mixer ad immersione e mantecare. Depositare nella vaschetta un primo strato di gelato di circa 2.5 cm formando una superficie liscia. Staccare dallo stampo in silicone lo strato di JOYCREAM e posizionarlo sulla superficie del gelato; depositare immediatamente un altro strato di gelato lisciandolo bene e mettere in abbattitore per 2-3 minuti. Formare lo strato finale del Cremino stendendo un ulteriore centimetro di JOYCREAM e decorare la superficie a piacere.
