4 Founded in 1963 in Felino, the firm is now one of the leading producers of deli meats in Italy. La Felinese produces a complete range of deli meats in four production plants, all located in the province of Parma. There are three plants in Felino which produce cooked ham, Mortadella, Salame, Pancetta, Coppa, Culatello, and pre-sliced meats. There is another plant in Sala Baganza which produces Parma Ham P.D.O. These are all utterly unique products, and over time have become famous throughout Italy.
