2 General Information Thank you for considering D.O.C Wine Bar for your special event. Our private rooms are available seven days a week. It would be our pleasure to accomodate you and your guests for a fabulous brunch, lunch, or sit-down dinner prepared by our expert chefs. We also offer relaxing cocktail parties, complete with our extraordinary wine selections and topquality Hour D'oeuvres. If you have and questions or concerns regarding the information on the following pages or would simply like to run an idea by us, please do not hesitate to call or . If you do not see what you are looking for, we will be happy to customize a menu for you! PARTY ROOMS ALL PARTY ROOM FEATURES full private bar table & couch lounge seating outdoor courtyard access low food & beverage minimums floor to ceiling windows no room rental fees MINIMUM COSTS THERE ARE NO ROOM RENTAL FEES A minimum food and beverage cost may be required. The food and beverage cost varies depending upon time and day of the week. TAX AND GRATUITY Prices for food and drink packages do not include 11.00% tax and suggested 20% gratuity and are subject to change. RESERVATIONS & HEAD COUNTS We reserve private party space on a first come, first serve basis. A signed contract and credit card number are required to reserve your date. Your reservation is gauranteed upon receipt of the signed contract and credit card number. Your final guest gaurantee must be received 4 buiness days before the scheduled event. If gaurantee is not provived, your final bill will be based on the number of guests listed on the Private Party Order on the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater. DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS No depost is charged unless you cancel less than 14 days prior to the event date (30 days in December). Additional fees apply if an event is canceled less than 7 or less days prior to the event date. KIDS AND YOUNG ADULTS Guests under the age of 21 are welcome at the wine bar when accompanied by an adult. Guests ages 12 and under can order off the kids menu that day ($6.00 each), or eat off the adult buffet/menu for half price. Pending on the amount of children a kids buffet may be required.
