PACKAGE ONE: Pay-as-you-go Guests buy their own drinks from our fully stocked bar. 2. PACKAGE TWO: Open Bar You pay for an open bar where guests may choose any drink they wish from the bar. 3. PACKAGE THREE: Pre-Selected Beverages You pre select drinks you wish to offer your guests (3 red and 3 white wines plus standard beers is the most requested selection) then: c You set up a bar tab with no limit. c You set a limit on the bar tab, once that limit is reached guests have the option of buying drinks from the bar. This option is extremely popular. 4. PACKAGE FOUR: Table Selection c You select a set number of bottles of wine and beer for placing on tables.
