Add sweet potatoes, lentils, and stock, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes and lentils are tender, about minutes.. Remove pot from heat and stir in grapefruit juice. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt, and sprinkle with cilantro and almonds. Serve hot
