Tp each chicken breast with a dllp f cttage cheese, then sprinkle with a little parm cheese. 7. Bake (bth green beans and chicken) fr abut minutes. DONE. Preheat skillet with 1 tbs f butter r il, medium t high heat, add nins. 4. Add defrsted shrimp t pan, seasn with garlic pwder and salt t taste. Ck until shrimp is cked thrugh and brwn bits frm. 5. Add vinegar and stck t pan, stir. 6. Add spaghetti squash "ndles" r pasta t pan, pssibly a little mre butter r il if needed. Salt t taste. 7. Add juice f ne lemn t pan, stir. Add lemn zest, ptinal. Serve and enjy! Wednesday: Cst $9.63 Melt in yur muth Chicken 4-5 servings Rasted brccli: 4 servings This is recipe I altered a bit frm Pinterest. I mainly liked the cking methd, baking the chicken wrapped in fil. Yu culd d this methd with a number f marinade cmbinatins. 2 bags (12 z) f frzen brccli 4-5 Frzen- rck-slid chicken breast 1 cup greek ygurt 1/2 cup parm cheese (r ther) 1 tsp garlic pwder

6 1 tsp salt I used a dash f paprika (ptinal) r make it spicy with sme red pepper flakes r cayenne pepper. 1. Preheat ven t 425. Place frzen brccli n pan, spray with cking spray and seasn. 2. Mix ygurt, parm cheese, seasnings tgether. 3. Slather frzen chicken breast with mix and place individually in tin fil. 4. Pp everything in ven fr abut minutes. Thursday: Cst $9.82 Baked Chicken Thighs: 3-4 servings Rasted carrts and brccli: 4 servings This is my Baked Drumsticks recipe. I defrsted the chicken thighs in the fridge a cuple f days befre. Frzen verse fresh was abut $1 cheaper, but I wuld prbably pt fr fresh next time nly because I can actually see hw many thighs r drumsticks I was buying. In the 4 lb frzen bag I culd nt tell. 2 bags (12 z) f frzen brccli 2 bags (12 z) f frzen carrts 7-8 defrsted chicken thighs (I peeled the skin ff) Ingredients used in the Baked Drumsticks Recipe here 1. Preheat ven t 425.

I even drizzled mine with sme basalmic vinegar. 4. Prep chicken thighs using the Baked Drumsticks Recipe here. 5. Bake everything in the ven, take ut veggies after abut minutes. Cntinue t ck chicken. Friday Dinner: Cst $4.37 Kung Pa Chicken ver spinach: 4 servings Rasted Sweet ptat slices: 4 servings I had planned fr sweet ptates, but ended up having leftver carrts frm the night befre s I just used thse in my meal. The Kung Pa recipe calls fr use f sme Asian ingredients. If yu d nt have thse yu can always switch this recipe ut t d Turkey Tac Salad, which is just as cheap f a meal! All yu need is tac seasning, turkey meat, fat free refried beans, and a few ingredients fr yur salad (spinach, salsa and greek ygurt). Or try ur Slppy Je recipe, s cheap! 2 cups frzen pepper and nin mix 1 chpped zuchinni (fresh r frzen) 1 pund grund turkey meat- tubed meat is a little ver $1 cheaper than the bxed kind, but is higher fat. Nt a deal breaker thugh. Sauce mixture: 3 tbs sy sauce 2 tbs rice vinegar (fund n Asian fd aisle)

I used tw skillet pans, ne t ck the meat and ne t ck the veggies. 2. Preheat 2 pans with 1 tbs f il, medium heat. 3. Add frzen peppers and nins, with chpped zucchini t ne pan. Add turkey meat t the ther pan. Seasn bth with garlic pwder and salt. 4. Ck until meat is brwn, then drain juices. 5. Once veggies are sft, add meat t the veggie pan, stir. 6. Add Kung Pa sauce mixture t the pan and stir until thickened. 7. Eat ver a handful f fresh spinach.
