2 GROUP DINING POLICIES MENU SELECTION Yur grup may chse frm ne f ur three Grup Package menus. Each is designed t meet the needs f different grup sizes, budgets and cmpsitins. We kindly request yu infrm us f yur selectin at least 3 days prir t arrival. Shuld yu chse a selectin frm ur Large Grup Package, we ask that n substitutins be made; hwever, we will d ur best t accmmdate special dietary requests. Shuld yur grup chse anything in additin t ne f ur Grup Packages, a cash and carry arrangement can be made. COMPLIMENTARY MEAL POLICY A cmplimentary meal will be ffered t a grup leader with a grup size f 30 r mre. Fr every additinal 30 paying guests ne cmplimentary meal will be given. PAYMENT AND BILLING Arrangements can be made t pre-pay fr large grups r payment can be made by the grup leader fllwing the meal. Cash, debit, credit card, traveler s cheques r certified cheques are all acceptable methds f payment. PRICES We have included the main menu price as well as the all-inclusive price, with taxes (13 % HST) and gratuities (12%). Prices are quted in Canadian dllars. We can make a few exceptins fr dietary restrictins (vegetarians, allergies, celiacs, etc.) but it is nt a pick and chse menu. We require yu t cnfirm the number f guests and t prerder yur meal sectin three days in advance f the reservatin. As well, befre yu arrive, it needs t be determined whether the entire grup wants crisp green salad with huse Italian dressing r Minestrne sup and whether the entire grups wants sft drinks r cffee and tea at the end f the meal.
