4 Our Products Provola Gusto cheese Provola Gusto, made with pasteurized cow's milk and treated with liquid rennet (that originates curd), is spun with boiling water. The cheese-maker, models the shape at warm temperature, the molds are then cooled down with water, are put in brine and finally are tied with natural rush.

Typical product of Poro's Mountain, obtained from pure pork, by triturating and mixing pieces of bacon, fat, spicy peppers and salt.
