Black fruit and spicy flavors. Full, warm, rich flavors in the mouth. Enjoy within five yearsa of harvest. Alcol 13.5%vol; Acidity total 5.5g/l; Dry extract 28g/l; SO2 total 110mg/l. Perfect with pasta, chicken, lamb, salamins, game, hard cheeses. Serve at 20 C/64 F. Sissi 75, synthetic cork. In carton with 6 bottles

Puglia, Salento peninsula, South Italy, provinces of Brindisi, Lecce, Taranto. Land of calcareous rock and reddish, iron oxide stained soil. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Deeply coloured red dry wine. Slight pleasant bitter, rich sweet fruity. Rich full body. Store correctly it may be aged for 5 years. Alcol 12%vol; Acidity 6,5g/l; residual sugar 4,5 g/l; dry extract 24 g/l. Ideal with pasta dishes, meats, cheese. Serve at room termperature 18 C. Bordeaux bottle and Tiffany bottle. Soft pressing refining in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks allowed this white wine to gain more flavourness an ripeness. A classic dry white with a typical nose of golden honey and aplles and a harmonious, well balanced and full bodied palate. A refresching finish. Drink while young. Alcol 12.2%vol; acidity total 5.8 g/l; resdiual sugar 4 g/l; dry extract 18. Excellent as aperitif, light meal, fish dishes. With cruditès and risottos. Serve chilled at 8 C. 75cl. Selected fresh grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. White straw color.vinous bouquet, slightly aromatic. Gry taste, sapid, velvety, armonic. Drink while still young. Alcol 11,5% vol; Acidity 6 g/l; residual sugar 4 g/l; dry extract 16 g/l. Ideal as aperitif, with appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, pizza, pasta, eggs, light meals, fish dishes. Serve chilled at 8 C.
