3 BENVENUTO A CASA The idea behind UNICO originated in Bologna in 2014 when a group of friends with a common passion for good food and knowledge of their city s tradition, decided to create a new way of marketing their products. Ideas were then development by this concept of linking great Italian culinary traditions, particularly in Bologna, with today s requirements. Our mission is to meet all our customers demands and requests and guaranteeing two essential features: originality and quality in our homemade products. For this reason, Unico sources only the best products on the market, paying particular attention to their origin. A combination of our traditions and experience in the food industry has enabled us to produce exceptional delicacies: GELATO CAFFÈ VEGAN DELICACIES PASTRY BUBBLES

4 UNICO GELATO Our story started in Bologna, a city well known for its gastronomical traditions. This innate passion for food, and in particular for gelato, inspired us to share our specialities around the world, starting in Bromley. Our recipes originate from many successful years of working with the historical Cremeria Funivia in Bologna and follow the most authentic recipes of our city. Unico s Gelato is produced on site, daily, paying particular attention to quality and products, using only the best ingredients to produce a Gelato containing no added preservatives, colouring or artificial flavouring. Our preservation method is unique in guaranteeing the freshest and creamiest Gelato available.

8 UNICO CAFFÈ Our UNICO coffee has its origins in Bologna, and is carefully selected from a small but historical production site in the city. This centre works with extreme care and respect for traditions, to guarantee a unique coffee in both taste and smell. We are proud to have won gold at the International Coffee Tasting 2008 and serve two types of coffee, offering different levels of fragrance and intensity.
