Chicken Dijonnaise Seared chicken breast with a creamy Dijon sauce. Pork Tenderloin Medallions Pork tenderloin medallions roasted with fresh rosemary, port wine reduction. 5 oz. Turkey Mignon Tender turkey breast wrapped in bacon served with a molasses and walnut compound butter. 8 oz. Bistro Steak Medallions Tender beef medallions sautéed in a button mushroom sauce. Hazelnut Encrusted Pork Loin Tender pork loin accompanied by a fig and apple relish. Scottish Salmon Grilled Scottish salmon finished with lemon beurre blanc. Lobster Ravioli Lobster stuffed ravioli with a smoked tomato saffron cream sauce.
