Bramble & Juniper The flavour of the juniper berries in this dressing make it a superb complement to venison and cuts through any rich red meat. Loch Fyne Citrus Infused Smoked Salmon A refreshingly different product, our citrus salmon is hand filleted, marinated in gin and cured with salt, sugar, pepper, juniper and mixed citrus zest. Winner of New Product Award, Highland and Islands Food and Drink Awards Loch Fyne Whisky Marinated Smoked Salmon Combines delicious smoked salmon with specially selected 21 year old Glengoyne malt whisky. Flavour and texture is rich and subtle. Oysters Loch Fyne Oysters are grown naturally, on the shore at Ardkinglas at the head of Loch Fyne, and by partner growers in Argyll and the Islands. All Loch Fyne Oysters feed entirely naturally on plankton. There is no artificial input of feed or anything else, at any stage. Lemon & Honey A classic dressing which has a superb balance of sweetness with a citric punch. Great drizzled over your salad leaves, or as a marinade for chicken or fish. Raspberry Dressing An exciting dressing using raspberry vinegar, this is truly a product of Perthshire. With a subtle, fruity taste, it is sensational with salmon or smoked fish, mussels or chicken as well as salads or with pasta. Loch Fyne Classic Smoked Salmon Delicately flavoured, the fresh salmon fillets are dry cured with sea salt and brown sugar and then smoked over oak chips from whisky casks. Mussels Loch Fyne mussels are reared on ropes near the loch s headwaters at Ardkinglas, and by their partner growers in Argyll, the Islands and Shetland. Lemon & Honey Raspberry Dressing Bradan Orach Smoked Salmon (Golden salmon in the Gaelic) Fresh salmon is cured with sea salt then strongly smoked, giving it a full rich flavour in the traditional Highland style. Bradan Rost (roasted salmon in the Gaelic) Fresh salmon is cured with salt and brown sugar and then smoked at ambient temperature before extra fire boxes are lit and the fillets cooked through at 80 degrees. This salmon has a moist flaky texture and can be eaten hot or cold. Available from 6th April 2015

A closed herd of 60 British Friesian cattle produce the delicious raw ingredient used to create Katy Rodger s artisan dairy range. Milk is natural, healthy and full of goodness, so Katy Rodgers decided to keep it that way. In their custom built creamery they take milk direct from the farm for pasteurising where it is blended with only the finest of natural ingredients.
