Floor to ceiling windows lend a sense of grandeur, with velvet drapery that brings warmth. The semi private mezzanine with seperate bar allows for a more cozy and luxurious retreat during large events. All furniture can be removed to allow full customization of the space. The experience includes a focus on working directly with local farmers, seasonal Ontario fruits and vegetables, organic chicken from Mennonite co-operatives, cheese direct from nearby dairies, grass-fed beef and maritime shellish, just to name a few.
