2 WEDDING PACKAGE Located right on the beach with panoramic views over Port Philip Bay, Waves on the Beach offers one of Victoria s most spectacular wedding experiences. Thank you for exploring our wedding package. We understand that this is one of the most important celebrations in your lifetime and we know you will have a truly amazing wedding at Waves. Our aim is to make your wedding day not only incredible but also hassle- free. Therefore we have formed a number of wedding packages to cater for your individual needs. Furthermore, we warmly welcome all enquiries via our functions coordinator by ing functions@wavesonthebeach.com.au From there, you can have a one on one discussion with our coordinator to help tailor- make an unforgettable wedding at Waves. A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS ABOUT US As the name suggests, Waves on the Beach is located right on the beach in a premier location in Frankston. The views from the venue are simply breathtaking, and are the perfect backdrop for your special wedding. Our venue is suited towards more intimate weddings if you want to have a couple of hundred people seated at a huge venue, we are not the place for you. However if you are comfortable in seating up to 80 people (Set Menu Weddings p.13) or holding a Finger Food Wedding for up to 120 people (Finger Food Package p.9), Waves on the Beach is the perfect venue. Furthermore we have a range of beverage packages, which you can view on p.17. With our team of experienced chefs, we ensure that the meals served will not only look and taste absolutely delicious but will also be of reasonable size. A big belief of ours when it comes to weddings is that no one should be left hungry. We will make sure that all of your guests are completely satisfied. 3 Another way we separate ourselves from other wedding venues is our price. We offer incredible value. As you will see, despite having more aesthetic appeal than most other venues, we have a considerably lower price. Unlike most reception venues we don t feel the need to charge a huge premium for weddings. Our prices are the same for all events. Furthermore, there are no hidden costs all the costs are outlined in this guide. Hosting weddings is something we really enjoy - we do it extremely well. By having years of experience specialising in weddings, we make sure that no detail is overlooked. We believe in having constant communication with our clients, and are somewhat flexible with requests. Every wedding that we have hosted has been an incredible experience for our clientele. 5 SEATING CAPACITY Seated : (Set Menu Weddings A & B, p.13) If you would like a seated wedding, we can seat up to 80 guests with a small dance area. The less guests the larger the dance area. Standing: (Finger Food Package p.9) If a seated wedding isn t for you, we can offer a Finger Food Wedding. We are finding Finger Food Weddings are the new trend and have become extremely popular. We have the capacity to hold up to 120 people. If you would like to have scattered couches or a few tables with chairs (especially for the elderly), this number will drop slightly. Either way, we can set up the restaurant to what suits you best. 7 BOOKINGS BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS A deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The final number of guests is to be given one- week prior to your function, along with full payment. Any additional costs on the day of function must be finalised that day. Deposits will be taken off the final bill. The Deposit Amount is $ All prices are inclusive of GST. Prices remain as quoted if booking made within 12 months. With any booking greater than 12 months in advance, management reserves the right to vary price at any point up till 3 months prior to function date. We do not accept AMEX, Diners or cheques. Management can alter menu if particular produce is unavailable we will endeavour to substitute produce to create a similar menu item as requested. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be made in writing to the: Function Coordinator Waves on the Beach, PO BOX 5150, Frankston South, Victoria 3199 If less than 3 months notice is given to cancel a booking, your deposit will be forfeited. If the client cancels a booking within 7 days or less prior to the day on which the function is to be held, not only will the client forfeit the entire deposit but also in addition shall, upon demand of Waves on the Beach in writing, pay up to 75% of the estimated spend. 9 FINGER FOOD PACKAGE $55.00 per person $18.00 per child (3 12 years of age) Please select 6 items from Selection A and 2 items from Selection B. Other variations can be made and priced accordingly. The finger foods are of generous proportions. We have a supervisor monitoring guest satisfaction to ensure that each and every guest is extremely satisfied. We can cater individually for any special dietary requirements. You also have the option of planning when food is to be served and in what order. Everything is discussed on a personal level with our function coordinator to make sure that all your needs and requests are met. Regarding drinks, you have 2 options: either a Beverage Package (see below) or running a bar tab. In order to have the Beverage Package option, all guests must purchase this. Conversely you can simply have a running bar tab. The upside to the Beverage Packages below is that it entitles your guests to UNLIMITED drinks for the amount of time you have purchased, plus you know how much you are going to spend. Please note last drinks will be announced 15 minutes prior to package end time. If alcoholic beverage is unavailable a similar replacement beverage will be offered.
