5 Terms & Conditions Placing an order Phone: Orders can be placed over the phone or via . If by , feel free to mark off your order and send through. Orders must be placed by 2pm, 2 days before delivery Minimum Orders We have a minimum order per item system. Cancellation Cancellations must be made no later than 3pm the day before delivery. Cancellation after this time will incur a fee. Delivery Delivery is free for orders totalling $60 or more in the Highbrook & East Tamaki business region. Order outside of this area or totalling less than $60 will incur a delivery fee. Pick up Takeaway/Pick up is available from our restaurant 117 Kerwyn Avenue, Highbrook Payment Payment is required 24 hours in advance. Cash, EFTPOS, credit card, bank deposit and business cheque are accepted. We are happy to invoice if required with payment expected within 2 days of being invoiced. Payments using credit card can be made over the phone or via . Equipment It is appreciated if all platters/equipment are washed after use and ready for pick up the following day.
