2 Our buffet options Our buffets are created by our chefs using seasonal ingredients. As we put away the hot dishes in our buffets after three hours for quality assurance reasons, we would be very grateful if you could agree a time for setting up the buffet with us in advance. If you have any questions or requests, we are here to help.
