6 FESTIVE RICE MENU 45 FEAST MENU 70 Available at Brindisa Shoreditch. You ll start with your cava & picoteos before sharing a pan of Alicante style rice. The bigger the group, the bigger the pan. Available at Brindisa Rupert Street. This menu is all about cooking on fire, inspired by the asador (open fire) used in Castilian- Leonese cuisine. This is a proper celebratory feast featuring the best Spanish produce. 7 THE SUCKLING PIG FEAST AT RUPERT STREET 300 FOR 8 PEOPLE Cochinillo de Segovia suckling pigs from the provenance of Segovia is a traditional Christmas feast enjoyed in central Spain. We roast our pigs in a charcoal oven till shatteringly crisp & succulent. TO START & SHARE: A glass La Vida al Camp cava on arrival Gordal olives, Marcona almonds & porkcorn THE PIG: 300 per suckling pig which feeds people 8 people. Served with roast potatoes & winter vegetables. PRE- ORDER Wine, tapas, cheese, charcuterie and desserts can be pre- ordered. Please note: One week s notice is needed to guarantee availability. Orders for pigs are not processed until we have received an advanced payment for that amount, which will be deducted from the final bill. 9 HOUSE RULES Our booking terms and conditions. We only take group bookings at Brindisa Shoreditch and Rupert Street. Half restaurant hires are available at Casa Brindisa, Soho and Shoreditch and whole restaurant hires are available at all sites, please contact us regarding timings and prices. For parties of 8 to 30 we require a credit card authorisation form to confirm the booking. We store all credit card details on a locked booking system. To confirm bookings above 30 a 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking. For our whole suckling pig feast the full price of the menu needs to be paid in advance, this will be duducted from the final bill on the evening. For parties of 30 and above we offer a canapé selection menu or a variety of festive menus. Bookings of 10 to 40 will be allocated a 3 hour time slot, anything above is to be agreed upon with restaurant management in advance. There is a 7 day cancellation period for bookings less than 40 people and a 14 day cancellation period for bookings above 40 people. For parties of 10 to 40 there is a cancellation fee of per guest. Any special requests or dietary requirements must be communicated before the booking. Above all we want you to have an amazing time, let us know if we can help arrange anything special for you. We ask no external food or wine is brought on site.
