We recommend you to order a fridge. Please consult the online exhibitor manual for further details. The coffee machine and the kettle will be removed one hour before the end of the show. In case of lost or breakage we will charge a cost of 350 to the client ORDERING CONDITIONS ORDERS The deadline for placing orders is February 20th 2017 For any new orders or additional stock, after the deadline, please contact us No orders, changes or cancellations will be valid without written confirmation from The Royal Catering Onsite orders must be placed before 05:00pm of the day before the service is required Minimum order: 40 people for Coffee Breaks & 50 people for Cocktails and Finger Buffets REFUNDS No refunds allowed once the products have been delivered VAT Vat not included 10% vat for F&B services 21% vat for waiters and material Rates valid for 2017 METHOD OF PAYMENT The deadline for payments is February 23th % on contracting the service.
