10 OUR FOODIVERSITÀ INSTRUCTOR, RYAN GORMLEY Ryan Gormley has had the pleasure of being a part of Eataly s Foodiversità since November of His passion for Italian food and culture is rooted in his Calabrian heritage which blossomed when he studied abroad in Reggio Calabria. During his time abroad, he helped launch a food truck in Milano and worked as an apprentice at the American Pavilion at EXPO Milano during the Summer of Ryan is thrilled to be able to share his love of Italian food, drink, tradition, and culture to all visiting guests at Foodiversità. Ryan is assisted by our talented team of Eataly Ambassadors who are dedicated to making your experience at Eataly the best it can be. 18
