1 A Welcome From Hugo Ciao! It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to my pizza and pasta restaurant a place for you to enjoy the very best that Italian cuisine has to offer! I am very passionate about good Italian food. After all, what could be better than a freshly baked pizza or a steaming bowl of pasta topped with delicious ingredients and washed down with a fantastic glass of wine? I wanted Hugo s Pizza & Pasta to be a representation of all the good things in life, and I believe it does just that! We ve established a team of highly trained professionals, including our pizziaolo Dan, who has created a menu of both favourites and fabulous new ideas for you to try. In fact, many of our dishes have a fusion twist with unusual ingredients like candied walnuts, yellow curry, coconut milk, ginger and oyster mushrooms. However, we ve also packed in some extravagant favourites, like truffle cream, bacon roulades, Mozzarella fior di latte, and top quality Parmesan. Trust me: it all tastes wonderful In fact, I ve already picked out my personal favourites, including the Tagliatelle alla Chef (with fresh beef strips and truffles), the Ravioli con Coniglio, the wholesome veggie salad and the black truffle risotto.
