Changed opening hours can be arranged on request. MENU CHOICE & NUMBER OF PERSONS We kindly ask you to send us the chosen menu at least 10 days and the exact number of persons at least 3 days prior the event. Additionally you can choose a vegetarian main course for your vegetarians. The confirmed number of persons is guaranteed and charged, except the number of eating persons is higher than the confirmed one. PAYMENT After your event we will send you the total bill with a payment form. Please understand that we cannot accept credit cards for groups. PARKING We want to inform you that in our two courtyards, only hotel guests will find amply free parking space. Unfortunately we also have to tell you, that the few parking spaces available in the town of Dürnstein belong to the residents of Dürnstein. There is ample parking space available at the public car parks P1 and P2 (a five minutes walk from the hotel). CANCELLATION If the event is cancelled, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions are applicable. ( We can only accept written cancellations.
