2 ~Wedding Menus & Pricing 2016~ What You Can Expect Reuland s is proud to have served the Fox Valley for 60 years. ~We pride ourselves on good quality food and service. ~We work with each customer to create the perfect event. ~We can personalize menus to your specific needs. ~We offer a free tasting for up to 4 guests. ~We can accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. ~We offer a personal wedding coordinator that will work with you from start to finish to ensure your vision becomes reality Details & Time Line First Meeting: We will discuss your vision and options. We will also discuss any questions you may have. Second Meeting: We will offer you a free tasting for up to 4 people Contract: Once you have decided to hire us, we ask for a signed contract and $ deposit. The contract will lock in your pricing and date; details can be changed and adjusted up to 1 week prior to the actual event. 1 Week prior to your scheduled event: We ask for your final count and final payment. Some venues asses additional fees that are not accounted for in our pricing. 1

3 All Menus Include Personnel: All service personnel required to provide the contracted services are included in the per guest price. All prices are based 100 guests or more and subject to 18% gratuity and tax. Personnel to set guest tables: silverware, linen napkins, water glasses, carafes, salt and pepper shakers.
