2 NOTES
3 We thank you for expressing interest in Club Liverpool for your function. The following information outlines the conditions and costs of hiring our function rooms. Conditions of Hire Confirmation of Hire The Club reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings that exceed the 14 day holding period. A deposit of $5 per person is required within two (2) weeks of the booking being made to confirm the hire of the function room. Advice of guest numbers and function requirements must be finalised two (2) weeks before the function. All payments must be finalised seven (7) days prior to the function being held. Cancellation of Bookings Deposits will be reimbursed in full upon cancellation two (2) months prior to the scheduled event, subject to the room being re-hired. Thereafter, up until two (2) weeks prior, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed if the room is subsequently re-hired. If any cancellations are made within two (2) weeks of the function, the deposit will be withheld.
4 Insurance & Preventing Damage The Club cannot take responsibility for the damage or loss of items, before during or after a function. Insurance cover must be arranged by the organiser of the function / event. Any necessary repairs to or replacement of items within the Club will be the responsibility of the organiser. Confetti is not permitted to be used within the function rooms or Club premises, if it is used, a cleaning fee may apply. Function Menu Any Function Booked & Held on a Sunday or a Public Holiday will be charged a surcharge of $4.50 per person on each Function Menu. All prices include G.S.T. All prices are subject to change. Beverage Policy All function attendees must abide by Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations in accordance with John Edmondson V.C. Memorial Club regulations and the law. Any person found to be breaching the Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations will be asked to leave the Club. It is not permitted for members or guests to bring liquor on to the club premises. It is also advised that any liquor purchased within the club is not to be removed from the premises before, during or after the function. Bar will close 30minutes prior to the function finish time.

Function Room Facilities The Club offers a range of facilities which can be used in order to cater for presentation or entertainment needs. This includes a range of electronic equipment and other stationery needs which may be required. Please enquire for details. Property Damage Nothing is permitted on doors or walls (especially items such as blue-tac, sticky tape, masking tape, pins or gaffer tape) used to hang any signage, posters or any materials in any of the Function Rooms, Otherwise the Organiser will Take Responsibility For The Cost of Damage Incurred.
