THE NEXT STEPS Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of per person to secure the booking, due within ten days of holding the date. A deposit of per adult is required for the New Year s Eve Gala Ball. Should the event cost less than per adult, the full balance would be due. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the meal, wine and drinks and submit meal pre-orders by Monday 3 November. Once full payment is received, no refunds or exchanges will be made. Please note no personal cheques can be accepted.

A delicious threecourse dinner will be served at 7:30pm whilst our spectacular Table Magician provides the entertainment during your meal. Afterwards, enjoy listening to our resident DJ before dancing the night away until 1:00am. The bar will close at 12:30am.
