5 Services Servers: $20 per hour per server (includes prepping food, setting place settings, serving at buffet, and busing/ cleaning) Linens: White Round and Rectangle Table Linens to the floor, burlap square overlay available upon request. $14.50 (per linen) China Ware: Appetizer, Dinner, Salad and Dessert Plates available, Silverware, Water Goblets, White Linen Napkins $4.50/person (no wine/champagne glasses available) Coffee Bar: (coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea bags, hot water) $1.75/person Drinks: (lemon water and berry punch or ice tea, lemonade, cranberry juice) $1.25/person Cake cutting: ($20 for every 25 people) *includes serving, plastic plates and forks Bar Tender: $30 per hour (for beer and wine only), $40 per hour (for mixed drinks) ** Bar Tender will bring: cocktail napkins, straws, limes, openers, and shakers if needed. We ask our clients to provide all the alcohol (plus any mixers/juices/sugar/salt), and all the ice necessary. This includes ice used to serve drinks, as well as ice for drinks/bottles to be chilled on. All alcohol must be chilled/on ice before bar tender arrives. *All pricing is per person We do not supply any tables for events We ask our clients to provide prep tables for caterer and all other tables required for their event (Buffet, Appetizer, Drink, Dessert, Bar, etc.) If the location of the event is beyond a 35 mile radius of Temecula, there will be an additional $200 traveling fee, which will be reflected on the estimate
