Tocornal Sauvignon Blanc A light golden colour with green hues, this unique wine s nose displays citrus aromas combined with stone fruit and slightly herbal traces Bosco Pinot Grigio Crisp and lean with a palate refreshing cleanliness balances creamy nutty flavour with a lively zest Gecko Ridge Chardonnay Rich yellow gold colour, with citrus and peach flavours rounded off by soft vanilla from French oak Loads of flavours of melon and pineapple. Good crisp finish. Red Wine. Tornacal Cabernet Sauvignon With a robust colour this unique wine s nose is fruity and intense with notes of blackcurrant and plum Graham Beck Shiraz A generous and round wine made by one of South Africa s leading wineries. lightly aged in oak it has delicious ripe concentrated berry fruit flavours with a lingering finish Domaine Bousquet Malbec Vibrant red, aromatic raspberry and spice with a rich palate of cherry, mocha and mineral, with soft tannins. Organic wine does not contain sulphates

12 Champagne. Furlan Prosecco Frizznate DOCG Frizzante is a lightly sparkling wine, with more delicate bubbles than a spumante. This is a particularly fresh and aromatic example with a fine mousse and long lasting flavour. Didier Chopin Brut A fine and elegant Champagne with aromas of peach and honeysuckle, leading to the richer, biscuit flavours of a good Champagne. Extra ageing gives more complexity. Bollinger Rich smoky with hints of marzipan and fennel seeds accenting honeyed malt, bread dough, baked apple and ginger snap flavours. It s all focused by intense acidity, which meshes beautifully into the layers of flavour and refined texture, with a lingering finish. Corkage Fees. Corkage rates are available on request. 13 Our Terms & Conditions A non-refundable deposit of 1000 is required to secure your booking, with an additional 1000 due six months prior to your big day. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days only. A signed copy of our terms & conditions is also required at the time of booking. Final numbers submitted to the hotel 48 hrs in advance will be the minimum number charged. No food or beverage must be served nor consumed on the premises unless the hotel supplies it. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to resell the facilities, to prevent the charge of cancellation fees. However, should the facilities remain available the scale of charges will be as follows: - All deposits will be forfeited in full days to 270 days 25% of Menu price days to 180 days 50% of Menu price days to 91 days 75% of Menu price - 91 days to the date of event 100% of Menu price For the purpose of the above cancellation policy charges shall be calculated upon a minimum number of 120 guests. Please note that our cancellation policies will be implemented less deposits already received. Hotel Woodstock reserves the right to refund deposits in circumstances where a booking is made by a third party or under false pretences. If in the General Manager reasonable opinion, the event may prejudice the reputation of the Hotel, provided a decision is made within 3 days or more prior to the event, the Hotel will refund the deposit and will provide every assistance in relocating the event. Should you be in a position where the wedding needs to be postponed, your original deposit paid may be transferred to a date within 6 months of the original date. All cancellations or changes in date must be confirmed in writing. All accounts must be settled for prior to or on the day by either cash or bankers draft. Cheques are not accepted unless prior arrangement is made. We agree that the booking herein is made for the Wedding of the below signed and cannot be substituted for the Wedding of any other couple. In the event that any persons other then ourselves present themselves at the Hotel on the date in question the Hotel reserves the right to refuse to proceed with the Reception and the deposit and any other monies paid will be forfeited.
