Individual espresso coffee order; cappucino, latte etc incurs a surcharge of $ 1.00 regular/ $ 1.50 large per person. All equipment must remain in room delivered to. Staff can assist with wrapping for take away. A replacement fee is charged for lost equipment. Cancellations must be by phone & may still be charged if cancelled late / on same day. All deliveries should allow a 5-10 minutes window as many deliveries are booked for the same time. Fax order should receive a telephone confirmation and order should receive a or telephone confirmation. All catering account must be paid for in full prior to the event unless alternative arrangements have been
