2 Platters Platters will be served on central tables and each platter contains 40 pieces unless stated otherwise. Food items on platters cannot be mixed. For example Party Pie platter will have 40 party pies. We recommend an average of 1 platter per 10 people. 5 COCKTAIL ON ARRIVAL We can incorporate a welcome cocktail into your beverage package. The below cocktails are available for $12 each. Cosmopolitan: Vodka, Cointreau and cranberry & lime juice Moscow Mule: Crisp & fresh with Vodka, fresh lime and topped with ginger beer Apple Crumble: Vanilla Vodka, cloudy apple juice, cinnamon and lime wedge Midori Splice: Midori, Malibu with a dash of pineapple juice and cream STANDARD EVENT TIMES Afternoon Events Monday to Sunday 12 Noon till 4pm (last drinks 3.45) Evening Events Monday to Thursday Friday & Saturday 6pm till 11pm or 7pm till Midnight (last drinks 11.45pm) 7.30pm till 12.30am OR 8pm till 1am (last drinks) MINIMUM SPENDS Main Restaurant Afternoon Only (Excludes Sunday) Chocolate Room Afternoon and Evening Whole Venue Upstairs and downstairs Monday to Thursday $3,000 $500 Available on Friday, Saturday & Sunday application $5,000 $2000 Available on application Minimum Spends do not include security or DJ/Band. 6 MINIMUM SPEND OPTIONS The minimum spend is inclusive of food, beverage for the duration of the your event (as far as the amount will stretch, please use this as a guide ) and is payable in advance. Additional $ for security not incorporated in the $2000. Our Resident DJ s are available at an additional cost of $ per hour ( minimum of 4 hours) If the Atomic Bar arranges your DJ, the PA system and Console are also included. You are welcome to use your own DJ, please note that they will need to provide their own equipment for the event. Should the DJ you have arranged require to use our equipment, a $1, bond will be required as well as a $ surcharge for use of equipment. Minimum Spends are non-refundable VENUE HIRE OPTIONS If you do not wish to meet minimum spend requirements, we have ROOM HIRE alternative also available for The Chocolate Room.
