8 WHY NOT STAY OVER? Throughout December, excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year s Eve, we have a special rate of for a double/twin room including full English breakfast. A full non refundable payment is required when booking. HOW TO BOOK Please call or our events team at county@provincialhotels.com to check that the date you require is available and a provisional booking can be made. If you are booking an overnight stay throughout December, a full non refundable payment will have to be made to secure your booking. To confirm your reservation, a booking deposit of 10 per person needs to be paid in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please call us if you have any queries. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All events and menus advertised are subject to availability At the end of September, all unconfirmed bookings will be treated as provisional and will be help for no more than 14 days pending receipt of the deposit of 10 per person within the 14 days All monies paid in advance are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organisers are asked to inform everyone in the party of this policy. All party night bookings will require wine pre-orders 14 days prior to the event Pre-orders are required on Brasserie bookings of 10 or more people. A wine pre-order would be appreciated for parties of 10 or more Should beverages be brought into the hotel by guests attending an event, the beverages will be held by the hotel s management and returned after the event All special diets should be notified at least 7 days prior to the event
