2 You must be a EMU employee or department to participate in the Catering Menu options. Linen service will only be provided on full buffets or served meals. Linen table covers for any other type of event will be charged $5 each. Deluxe plastic ware will be provided. Additional charges will be applied for any additional setup, menu or service requests. Minimum order: 25 guests per package. There is an additional $30 charge for group counts under 25 guests. Drop Off service only. There is no on-site catering staff available. All orders will be billed directly to your Banner or student organization Banner account. Additional menu items are available. All Drop Off orders are subject to a $20 Delivery Fee. 2
