9 Pricing 2014 Off Premises Pricing at Your Chosen Location Prices start at $45.00 per person 20% Service Charge plus any Applicable NYS Sales Taxes Client is responsible for the Bar and All Amenities, including Glassware. Country Courtesy Caterers can supply Amenities for an Additional Charge. Rental Items for Off Premise Catering Glassware - Water Glasses, All Purpose Glasses, Wine, Champagne, Pilsner, Martini Bar, Coolers, Ice Buckets, Glass Dispensers Linens, Floor Length Tablecloths, Overlay Tablecloths, Chair Covers Bartender Available for $25 per hour Some Venues are subject to a Location Fee Securing Your Date! To secure your wedding date we require a 20% deposit based upon your minimum guest count, not including service charge or sales tax. A second payment of 30% is due six months prior to your date. Payment can be either by personal check or cash. Your final guest count (adults, kids, professionals), is due 10 days prior to your wedding date. An invoice will be created reflecting your final guest counts, service charge and applicable New York State sales tax and subtracting your first two payments. Your final payment reflecting your final guest count, service charge and NYS sales tax is due the Monday prior to your wedding date. Final payment can be either certified bank check or cash.
