A non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required to secure the reservation. Deposits paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment by other members of the party. Please note your booking will be treated as provisional until the deposit is received. 2. Please advise as soon as possible if the number of people in your party changes. An increase in party size may not be possible but please telephone to enquire when we will do our very best to accommodate you. 3. Any late changes to party size or menus must be advised by 11.00am on the day of the booking. After that time, we regret that no changes can be made and the full amount of the meal will be charged. Cancellations before 11.00am will result in only losing the deposit of the person (s) who will not be attending. 4. All tables will have a compulsory 12.5% service charge added. 5. All accounts must be settled on the day of the booking unless credit facilities have been arranged in advance. 6.
