10 HOW TO ORDER? All orders must be placed online at at least 3 working days in advance, excluding the day of order. (Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Eve of PH and PH.) Self-collection at selected The Soup Spoon outlets is available from 25 January to 20 February Last date of order: 17 February TERMS & CONDITIONS Online Pre-Order period: 15 January to 17 February 2019, unless otherwise stated. No orders will be accepted after 17 February Online Pre-Orders are available for self-collection at all The Soup Spoon outlets with the exception of Asia Square, Paya Lebar Square and KidZania Singapore. Self-collection is available from 25 January to 20 February Self-collection time slots: 10.30am 12 noon, 2pm 3.30pm and 5pm 6.30pm. Self-collection on 4 February, Monday (Eve of CNY) is limited to only one time slot: 10.30am 12 noon. Self-collection on 5 February, Tuesday (1st day of CNY) is limited to NEX and Novena Square only. No self-collection will be available on 6 February, Wednesday (2nd day of CNY) at the following outlets: Raffles Exchange, Tanjong Pagar, Marina Bay Link Mall, Alexandra Retail Centre and White Sands. Orders must be made 3 working days in advance, excluding the day of order. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays (excluding Eve of PH & PH). For e.g. if order is made on a Sunday, it will be taken as a Monday order, and the earliest day of collection is the Thursday of the same week. Once order and payment is made, no change in order is allowed. An administration fee of 5% of the total amount plus an additional $10 will be imposed for any refund of orders. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if the orders are not collected on the agreed date and time.
